But all I can say that.. RELAX.. Nothing went wrong to you and the baby inside you. It all happened just because of some metabolic and hormonal changes that your body is facing due to Pregnancy.

In this condition it is better not to take any kind of drugs. Drugs may alter the development of the baby and cause severe congenital anomalies. But there are certain things by following them you may get rid of this heart burn nightmare.

These are:

  • Dietary fibers intake: Take dietary fibers. Take more vegetables, fresh fruits etc. Enlist Salad in your each and every meal. This will help you with your constipation problems too.
  • Proper amount of food: Women just stop eating in adequate amount in a fear to lose the attention of the family members to them as they become bulky in pregnancy. But this may result in gross developmental defect to the fetus. By eating in adequate amount you not only ensure the proper development of your baby but also can get rid of the Heart-Burn problem. Try to eat in a relaxed environment, with no sounds, TV off, sitting upright. Do not eat just before going right to bed.
